Bringing up children is a very tough job. One has to be tolerant towards the variety of tantrums they throw. The hardest job in the world is babying parenting. Since parents know their children better than anyone else. It is important to know some tips how to keep children while parents are out. The best option out is to keep them preoccupied with a game or an activity like drawing, painting,colouring pictures etc. The idea for keeping the kids busy is an important thing for kids when parents are away. By doing so this will not only stimulate learning, kids are happy doing something and have fun.

Younger children can be kept busy with worth wile activities by some of the following activities

* Educational Videos To play this game all you need is a cloth and 10 chocolates. Arrange the chocolates coins on the carpet. Ask the child to count how many are there. Now again ask them to close their eyes and tell them you are going to cover some coins with a magic duster. Cover some coins with the cloth and shuffle those that remain uncovered around so that children cannot work from visual memory. Then ask the child to open their eyes and count how many coins are covered. When they know the answer they have to hold up fingers to show the answer. Some Activities like hiding a number of sea shells in a room and make some easy way to find and choose more challenging hiding places for others. Then give each child a pail and encourage them to find as many shells as they can. Educational Videos are also a good option for keeping the kids busy this can be done by showing them video tapes related to some interesting moral stories. Some video tapes on phonics to improve there English language. Puzzles like making words from the various pictorial cards along with the alphabets can help them to match the pictures to form a word. Many such puzzles are available in the market. Conclusion Keeping kids busy is very important because they can throw tantrums if they are not kept occupied in a proper activity.
